In this blog I’m trying to post a review on every single animation film I own, whether they are long or short, commercial or independent, well-known or obscure, old or new. This blog therefore will not be topical, but should grow into a reference site to everyone interested in animation film.
I’m an animation buff myself, and I feel a good review site on animation films is still lacking. Reviews are mostly about feature films and/or DVDs only, and animated shorts are often overlooked, especially independent ones.
I’m mainly interested in the history of animation, so I’ll try to put the films I’m reviewing into a historical context, and I’ll try to make cross-links between animation films.
This blog now features over 900 reviews, but I’m planning to expand this site with many, many more. So please keep checking this site out in the near future.
